E1. Le Petit Santos

As an adult, his ambitions lead him to Paris where he begins experimenting in balloon aviation, setting him on a path to become one of the most influential inventors of the modern era.

Santos Dumont is invited to an air race at the Universal Exhibition in America, but when his airship is sabotaged he decides to return to Paris to continue his work. Pressured by her aunt to get married, Aida de la Costa tries to make her own destiny.

E4. Heavier Than Air

Santos Dumont receives a heavy blow when his mentor passes away. The Archdeacon Prize is announced and offers a reward for any flight over 25 meters with a “heavier than air” craft, prompting Dumont to secretly develop his own design.

E5. The Flight of the Dragonfly

Santos Dumont wins the Archdeacon Prize and once again becomes the talk of the town with his now infamous aircraft, the 14-Bis. The praise is short-lived as Santos Dumont begins to feel the pressure of his competition.
